You can upgrade from the Starter to the Freelance plan at any time. Simply click on "Manage Plan" in Account Settings and choose to upgrade to the Freelance plan. With annual payment, you get two months for free.

To switch from the Freelance to the Starter plan, you need to cancel your Freelance plan and let it expire. Just click on "Manage Plan" in Account Settings and choose to cancel your current plan. Until the end of the billing period, you will still have full access to all features.

No. After the trial period, access to your calculations will be restricted. However, you will not be automatically upgraded to a paid subscription after the trial period. You have control over when and if you want to pay for Cinema Calc.

Once the trial period has expired, you can no longer edit the calculations you have created. 30 days after the trial expires, your calculations will be deleted unless you take out a new subscription during these 30 days. However, you will not be automatically upgraded to a paid subscription after the trial period. You have control over whether and when you want to pay for Cinema Calc.
Certainly! You will receive a proper invoice with German VAT (19%) shown.
By default, you will receive an invoice with the displayed VAT of 19%.
If you are in an EU country and want to use the Reverse Charge procedure, we can remove the VAT from your receipts.

To keep the interface simple, there is currently only one calculation template. However, you can create your own template and duplicate it whenever our template is not sufficient.
No. Currently, you can only delete unused calculations. Please note that a deleted calculation cannot be restored. However, you can archive PDF exports of your calculations on your computer.

In Account Settings, you can easily change your email address in the "Personal Information" field.

After you have canceled, your plan will continue to run until the end of the booking period. In rare cases, there may be delays in sending the confirmation email. If you haven't received an email after 5 minutes, please request the confirmation link again on our login page. Also, check your spam folder and make sure the entered email address is correct. If it still doesn't work, please contact our support.
